Barbie has unveiled a new doll, 'made in Her Majesty’s likeness', to commemorate The Queen's Platinum Jubilee in June this year.

The doll, part of Barbie's Tribute Collection, is adorned with a replica of Queen Mary's Fringe Tiara, worn by the monarch on her wedding day, and Kate Williams, historian and author of the book Our Queen Elizabeth, said of the launch 'As Her Majesty celebrates this milestone jubilee it is wonderful to see an iconic brand like Barbie share important historical female figures impact as leaders, creators and pioneers to new generations'.
